This is the main window of Poker Odds Calculator App. The user can select
his and community cards by pressing the "New Cards" button. After
that the software shows the player's hand strength, player's winning
chance against 1 random opponent from all possible opponents’ hands
and rank probabilities/odds for his hand.
Winning Chance – The first three numbers are chances to win, tie or
lose the pot. In the second line is the winning chance per $1.00 bet
(US dollar). This value shows net win/lose without the
user's bet. If the winning chance per $1.00 bet is $0.11 then it
means the player has a chance to get back $1.11 on a $1.00$ bet on
average.
The user has the possibility to increase the No. of opponents and to
reduce the probable opponents’ hands and so to refine the win chance
calculation.
Opponents’ hands - By pressing "Show Opponents" the user can show
and analyze the opponents’ hands against the ones he is playing.
Here is the table with all possible opponents' hands and their
winning probabilities/odds. The table can be sorted out by any column. In
columns “Preflop Pos.”,” Flop Pos.”, “Turn Pos.” and “River Pos.”
are the positions of opponents' hands strengths. The hand strength
is calculated as (win value - lose value). By pressing the "Show My
Hand" button the software shows players hand in the table.
